But the question you should ask yourself before jumping into any business model:

Today I want to share with you our answer for those of you that want to build a long term, sustainable, & profitable business and career.

We have found this to be true after helping hundreds of people make a career change, quit their 9 to 5 & take back control of their time and have more freedom while doing something they feel passionate about.

I will break it down into 3 criteria that we have found that have worked for us and the students we have helped.

Let’s explore these in more depth:

Number 1: Mass Market Opportunity:

There is a unspoken saying in the business world, and it originates from none other than Warren Buffet himself who says:

“It’s not about how hard you row, but what boat you are in”

Many people have this idea that business is tough, you can out hustle people, just grind all day long. In my opinion that could be the furthest from the truth.

Because day laborers work really hard yet they are not the wealthiest people in the world.

Holy Guacamole! Are you saying that I can’t make 6 figures or even 7 figures a year if I work REALLY REALLY HARD?

No, you totally can but is that SUSTAINABLE? Remember what we’re looking for is a

When Warren Buffet talks about “boat” he is referring to the market that you are in.

Now when it comes to picking the RIGHT Market to have the most sustainable long term career, make sure its:

1. Make sure it is mass market, meaning that the amount of people in the market is unlimited.

2. Make sure there is a high barrier of entry.

This one is very important. Imagine everyone could become a doctor overnight, by watching a few Youtube Videos.

Now you have a bunch of doctors running around. The value of that career goes down because it’s so easy to get into, that the supply out-beats the demand for it.

That is the challenge with the conventional “side hustle” businesses you see on the internet.

There is no barrier of entry so anyone and their grandmother can do affiliate marketing, drop shipping, FBA…and because it’s so overly saturated the likelihood of success goes down.

Imagine being in a class where 97% of people fail? That would suck, no one would attend.

Yet people EVERY single day put their hard earned money into these “side hustle” hoping to leave their 9 to 5 to create a better life.

And guess what happens? 97% of people fail because the competition is extremely high.

3. You want to make sure the demand high as well

Meaning people are actively looking for help.

There is so much pain in the market that the demand will always outweigh the supply.

When it comes down to it, there are 3 markets that exist that are like that:

1. Health

2. Wealth

3. Relationships

And health being the biggest market out of all those 3, it’s a trillion dollar industry and it’s recession proof.

Let’s move on to the second criteria for having a long term, sustainable, and profitable career & business online…

Number 2: Having A Specialized Skill

In marketing there is a saying, that “A business gets paid for the proportion of value that it provides”

Going back to the analogy of the doctor, why do doctors get paid 6 figures a year?

Because they have spent the time, energy, and resources, and learned a specialized skill.

Having specialized skills allows you to have the confidence and the conviction to charge your worth.

Many of the conventional “side hustles” don’t really require you to have a specialized skill so therefore making an income consistently is difficult.
